The Project Manager is expected to exercise sound professional judgment and function with minimal direct supervision.\nThe compensation range for this role is $85k - $110k per annum. Commensurate with experience, skills, and geographic location.\nTo thrive in this role, you’ll be comfortable taking ownership of the following responsibilities:\nOperate and maintain ambient air quality monitoring sensors\nWrite and/or assist in the submittal of monitoring reports\nCoordinate all aspects of client projects, including, but not limited to, method research, equipment procurement and rental, travel arrangements, logistics, SOP generation and implementation, and regulatory agency interaction and coordination\nEstablish, oversee, and manage project deadlines, in addition to effectively communicating updates to clients and team members\nSupervise and direct Field Technicians in routine tasks; provide technical support to diagnose and resolve problems\nMaintain excellent client relationships through effective communication and customer service skills\nYour Expertise and Skills\nThese requirements reflect the knowledge, skills and abilities that help you do your best work here.\nBachelors in science or higher, with an emphasis in biology, chemistry, math, or engineering strongly preferred\nEffective computer skills (Excel and Microsoft Office are essential) and proficiency with Android OS\nMinimum 8+ years of experience conducting ambient projects in the field\nWillingness to travel 20% of the time, some weekend travel required\nExperience managing client relationships and overseeing client projects, including budgeting and managing project costs\nWork Environment and Physical Requirements\nAbility to walk and/or stand while handling/carrying various technical equipment for extended periods of time\nFlexibility to work weekends and after hours if necessary\nComfortable occasionally working at heights in a safe manner\nAbility to lift 50lbs unassisted\nComfortable working outside in all-weather elements\nAbility to climb ladders and stairs\nAbility to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check #INDONT\nOnterris is a leading global environmental solutions company partnering with organizations to solve complex challenges where environmental pressures, regulatory expectations and operational risks intersect.
