You will be part of a strong team of committed professionals.\nThe compensation range for this role is $110,000 to $185,000, commensurate with experience, skills, and geographic location\nTo thrive in this role,you’llbe comfortable taking ownership of the following responsibilities:\nActively participate and drive the strong safety culture at Onterris\n\nSupport the management of site assessment, monitoring and remediation project scopes, timelines, budgets, and communication with clients and project related stakeholders\n\nPrepare and/or review technical correspondence, proposals, work plans, cost estimates, and reports\n\nWork within a well-organized, and innovative culture with support systems that empower our professionals to focus on providing high quality solutions to our clients\n\nTransfer knowledge, share experiences, and support the training and mentorship of colleagues\n\nBe part of a technical practice community that supports team and personal innovation, and growth and success at all levels\n\nYourExpertise andSkills\nThese requirements reflect the knowledge,skillsand abilities that help you do your best work here.\nAn undergraduate or graduate degree in Geology, Hydrogeology, or Engineering\n\nA minimum of 12 years of consulting experience in contaminated site management including site assessment, remediation, and monitoring projects\n\nA member in good standing in a professional organization (e.g. APEGA) with a minimum of two (2) years of experience reviewing and stamping technical reports with a focus on groundwater contamination management\n\nExperience writing and reviewing technical reports, preparing work plans and cost estimates, and giving presentations to multi-stakeholder groups\n\nExperience with the Alberta Energy Regulator’s OneStop tool and working knowledge of provincial regulatory frameworks in Alberta; knowledge of regulatory frameworks in other Western provinces is considered an asset\n\nExperience and assertiveness in driving scope, schedule and budget for complex projects\n\nExperience with soil logging, sample collection, monitoring well installation, field screening, sample selection, and quality control\n\nStrong data evaluation skills and ability to make decisions based on findings\n\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written), and a collaborative attitude with a willingness to provide technical direction and mentorship to junior professionals\n\nA valid and clean class 5 driver’s license with no restrictions\n\nThis posting reflects a current vacancy that the company is actively seeking to fill.
