Learn more at ontic.ai or follow us on LinkedIn.\nWho You Are\nWe are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Product Manager to lead Ontic’s integrations product roadmap and help transform integrations into scalable, repeatable, and monetizable platform offerings. This role will define and execute the roadmap for Ontic’s integrations ecosystem, focusing on API contracts, data models, developer experience, and GTM alignment, and ensuring that Ontic’s platform scales through a standardized, API-first, and low/no-code framework.\nKey Responsibilities\nOwn the integrations product roadmap, prioritizing by customer value, ARR impact, and scalability to ensure focus on the highest-impact connectors and platform capabilities.\n\nDefine and maintain API contracts, canonical data models, and integration standards that enable interoperability and consistency across Ontic’s products and external systems.\n\nPartner with the Integrations Architect to evolve Ontic’s integration frameworks and marketplace, defining the end-to-end product experience from configuration to monitoring.\n\nLead competitive and technology benchmarking to ensure Ontic’s integrations platform remains best-in-class in developer experience, speed, and reliability.\n\nCollaborate with Engineering, Field, and GTM teams to translate customer and market needs into product requirements, balancing technical feasibility with business value.\n\nDrive alignment with GTM and Customer Success teams to ensure integrations are effectively packaged, priced, and positioned as value-driving product features.\n\nChampion the developer experience (DX), simplifying integration configuration, documentation, and self-service capabilities for clients, partners, and internal teams.\n\nIdentify and prioritize opportunities to improve the integrations value and experience using AI-enabled workflows, agentic experiences, and conversational AI frameworks.\n\nDefine and track success metrics for integrations and use data to inform roadmap and investment decisions.\n\nAct as the voice of the customer for integrations, ensuring Ontic’s roadmap aligns with evolving customer ecosystems and technology trends.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience; MBA or related advanced degree is a plus.\n\n8+ years of experience in Product Management for SaaS or cloud platforms, with at least 4+ years focused on integrations, APIs, or data platforms.\n\nProven success in defining and launching API-first products, integration frameworks, or marketplaces.\n\nStrong understanding of API and data model design, including REST, webhooks, and event-driven architectures.\n\nFamiliarity with iPaaS tools is a must; hands-on experience with Workato is highly preferred.\n\nDemonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, GTM, and customer teams to bring complex integration products to market.\n\nFamiliarity with emerging AI technologies, including LLM-enabled tools, agentic workflows, and integration-driven automation; experience bringing AI-powered product capabilities to market is a plus.\n\nDeep appreciation for developer experience, documentation, and tooling that drive self-service and adoption.\n\nStrong analytical and prioritization skills, with the ability to tie product decisions to business outcomes.\n\nExcellent communication and storytelling abilities to influence internal and external stakeholders.\n\nBonus: experience with integration packaging and monetization, or embedded iPaaS products (e.g., Workato Embedded).\n\nOntic Benefits & Perks\nCompetitive Salary\nMedical, Vision & Dental Benefits\n401k\nStock Options\nHSA Contribution\nLearning Stipend\nFlexible PTO Policy\nQuarterly company ME (mental escape) days\nGenerous Parental Leave policy\nHome Office Stipend\nMobile Phone Reimbursement\nHome Internet Reimbursement for Remote Employees\nAnniversary & Milestone Celebrations\nOntic is an equal-opportunity employer.
