About the Role
We are looking for a passionate Software Engineer who enjoys solving complex engineering problems and building scalable backend systems. You will work on high-scale distributed applications, contribute across the product lifecycle, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful features. What You'll Do
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
Build high-performance applications capable of processing large volumes of data.
Design and optimize APIs, data models, and backend architecture.
Work with Elasticsearch and MongoDB to build efficient search and data storage solutions.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and QA teams throughout the product lifecycle.
Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve application performance and reliability.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices.
Take ownership of features from design through deployment and support.
What We're Looking For
2-5 years of professional experience in backend software development.
Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot.
Experience working with Elasticsearch and MongoDB.
Experience building applications that handle high-scale or high-volume data.
Strong algorithmic thinking and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables.
Passion for learning new technologies and adapting quickly.
Experience managing features throughout the complete product lifecycle.
Nice to Have
Experience with distributed systems and microservices architecture.
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Experience with messaging systems such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
