That’s Ontinue.\nRole Overview\nThe Cyber Security Advisory (CSA) team at Ontinue plays a critical role in delivering expert security guidance and hands-on technical support to our customers. As a Cyber Security Advisor, you’ll be at the forefront of this mission, acting as a trusted security partner throughout the customer journey - from initial onboarding through the full lifecycle of the service.\nIn this role, you’ll help customers understand, adopt, and continuously improve their security posture by translating complex security concepts into clear, actionable guidance. You’ll work closely with customers to ensure Ontinue’s capabilities are aligned to their environments, goals, and risk profiles, proactively identifying opportunities to strengthen defenses and address emerging threats.\nBy building strong relationships and providing ongoing advisory support, Cyber Security Advisors help customers realize maximum value from the Ontinue platform, improve operational resilience, and make informed security decisions with confidence.\nCustomer Engagement:\nInterface directly with customers, providing expert advice and indirect leadership in cyber security to address their unique needs and challenges.\nTechnical Expertise:\nLeverage your cyber security experience to deliver proactive support and guidance, helping customers optimize their security defenses and mitigate risks effectively.\nMicrosoft Focus:\nUtilize your knowledge of Microsoft security products, including Azure, Microsoft Sentinel, KQL, and the Microsoft Defender suite, to offer tailored recommendations and solutions.\nRelationship Building:\nBuild and nurture strong relationships with customers, acting as a reliable and trustworthy partner in their journey to enhance security posture and resilience.\nContinuous Improvement:\nStay abreast of the latest cyber security trends, attacker tradecraft, and best practices, continuously enhancing your skills and knowledge to better serve our customers.\nRequired Experience & Skills\nMinimum 3 years of cyber security experience, with a proven track record of providing advisory services to clients or internal stakeholders. \nConfident communicator with strong interpersonal skills, capable of effectively interfacing with all levels of business and providing informal leadership in cyber security matters.\nStrong understanding of Microsoft security products and technologies, with proficiency in Azure, Microsoft Sentinel, KQL, and the Microsoft Defender suite or related product lines.\nDeep understanding of attacker tradecraft and security hardening techniques, enabling you to offer valuable insights and recommendations to clients.\nFluent in both German and English.\nNice to Have:\nScripting/programming skills to automate security tasks and processes.\nExperience in incident response and threat hunting, enhancing your ability to detect and respond to security incidents effectively.\nDeep expertise in Microsoft Entra, contributing to comprehensive security assessments and solutions.\nBackground in network and system administration, providing a holistic understanding of security infrastructure.\nExperience in the managed security services industry, familiarizing you with the unique challenges and opportunities in delivering security services at scale.\nWhat We Offer\nWe have been recognized as a top place to work!
