A commercial driver’s license (CDL) is preferred \nAdvanced knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods \nExtensive knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards \nUnderstanding of all facets of the tower construction process \nFamiliarity with project management software package \nAbility to plan and see the “Big Picture” \nCompetent in conflict and crisis management \nLeadership and human resources management skills \nExcellent time and project management, architecture, engineering or related field preferred \nPIM and Sweep Certifications a plus. \n\nSupervisory Requirements This position will directly supervise the Tower and Ground Lead positions \nPosition Type and Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position with a typical work scheduled of Monday-Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with overtime requirements; weekends as needed. \nTravel Travel is required for this position; Must be willing to travel for up to several weeks at a time (up to 30% annually) \nRequired Education and Experience \nH.S. Diploma or GED is required.
