Onto Innovation strives to optimize customers’ critical path of progress by making them smarter, faster and more efficient.\nJob Summary & Responsibilities\nResponsible for installation, repair, and maintenance of Onto Innovation products, including Inspection tools.\nRespond to down-tool situations and provide scheduled maintenance within the SEA region.\nSupport any required aspect of field operations, including system hardware, software, PCs, networking, and related technologies.\nSubmit required service documentation and provide technical feedback to the US factory.\nAct as the primary technical and administrative liaison with customers for assigned projects.\nProvide feedback to the Sales team, identifying potential leads and customer needs.\nSupport continuous product improvement through service feedback and issue reporting.\nQualifications\n3 to 5 years of Field Service experience in the semiconductor industry preferred.\nHands-on experience with equipment fault detection, including electrical, mechanical, and software troubleshooting.\nExperience in semiconductor applications preferred.\nBachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering or related fields.\nAbility to work independently while being effective within a team structure.\nStrong interpersonal skills with excellent customer communication.\nProficient with Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).\nWillingness to travel up to 50%.\nOnto Innovation Inc. offers competitive salaries and a generous benefits package, including health/dental/vision/life/disability, PTO, 401K plan with employer match, and an Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP) along with health & wellness initiatives.
