Onto Innovation strives to optimize customers’ critical path of progress by making them smarter, faster and more efficient.\nJob Summary & Responsibilities\nOrganize and schedule ramp installation activities.\nSupervises ramp engineers’ tool installations under normal and abnormal conditions, including escalations and customer management.\nEnsures that ramp engineers are current and trained on the latest upgrades and/or new releases.\nDriving training plans and training programs.\nDevelop and maintain installation metric methods for specific tools sets.\nEvaluates, selects, and develops personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.\nProactive management of tools to identify and improve performance and processes.\nExpertise/experience in optics, image processing, and motion control to support worldwide ramp service engineers, local management teams, and knowledge management systems.\nQualifications\nProficient in Microsoft Office products.\nOutstanding verbal and written communication skills necessary.\nAbility to travel both domestically and internationally and have a current Visa or entry permission.\nUp to 20% travel required.\nMinimum 5 years of experience in Field Support Service.\nBS in an electronics discipline or equivalent military experience in a technical field.\nMaster’s degree preferred.\nMaster's Level Degree or work experience of 2 years , Bachelor's Level Degree or work experience of 3 years.\nOnto Innovation Inc. offers competitive salaries and a generous benefits package, including health/dental/vision/life/disability, PTO, 401K plan with employer match, and an Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP) along with health & wellness initiatives.
