Onto Innovation strives to optimize customers’ critical path of progress by making them smarter, faster and more efficient.\nJob Summary & Responsibilities\nDesigns Training Courses for customers and ONTO service engineers\nConducts technical training courses for customers and/or ONTO service engineers.\nInteracts with customer and functional organizations to develop specifications for content of courses. \nPrepares lesson plans from engineering documentation, field service requirements or software documentation. \nWorks with engineering, technical support, and manufacturing to ensure that course material reflects current product features. \nInstructs participants in both classroom lectures and laboratory sessions. \nFollows up to determine course material is current and relevant\nMaintains training tool operational readiness and resolves any issues that may arise with the equipment during or outside of class.\nMust be willing to travel to field to provide OJT training, customer training and service engineer certification world wide.
