Learn more about our values.\nFor this job, we are currently only hiring candidates based in the United Kingdom, with a preference for candidates based in London.\nAbout the Role\nOntra is seeking a KYC Analyst, reporting to our Managing Director, KYC, on our KYC Team.\nWe're looking for someone excited to support Private Investment firms' Know Your Customer (KYC) needs, both screening and reverse KYC, to help them facilitate loan closings, counterparty onboarding, and ongoing refreshes.\nIf you have a strong background in KYC processes, know the rules, regulations, and market norms, and have exceptional organizational and KYC diligence skills, we’d love to get to know you.\nWhat You’ll Do\nKYC Screening: Complete KYC Screening/Onboardings in accordance with customer-specific compliance playbook\n\nReverse KYC: Respond to incoming KYC/due diligence requests from banks, lenders, and counterparties on behalf of Private Investment firm clients\n\nCustomer Relationships: Support Private Investment firms regularly, learning their policies and ways of working.\n\nCustomer Communication: Engage in customer interactions regularly, ensuring clear, efficient, and positive communication within a fast-paced environment.\n\nWhat You’ll Bring\nExperience: 2+ years of experience as a KYC professional or paralegal.\n\nIndustry Experience: Prior KYC/reverse KYC experience at a bank or a private equity fund.\n\nCustomer Orientation: Ability to interface directly with customers and counterparties to collect information, answer questions, and ensure a smooth and responsive KYC experience.\n\nAttention to Detail: Skill in accurately completing a high volume of KYC requests, including document collection, questionnaire responses, and stakeholder coordination.\n\nCommunication Skills: Maintains a high level of polish and responsiveness in external communications, representing the brand and commitment to service quality.\n\nHiring Locations\nWe currently hire exclusively in the locations listed below.
