applications.\n\nIntegrate automated testing and validation steps into pipelines.\n\nInfrastructure Automation\nUse tools like Terraform, Ansible, and Helm to provision, configure, and manage environments.\n\nAutomate scaling, monitoring, and recovery processes to ensure high availability.\n\nMonitoring & Incident Management\nScript and automate monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions for proactive issue detection.\n\nBuild runbooks and self-healing automation for common incidents.\n\nSecurity & Compliance\nAutomate compliance checks, access provisioning, and security patching.\n\nEnsure safe and secure migration of customer and billing data.\n\nRequired Skills & Experience\nStrong background in scripting languages (Python, Bash, Shell, Groovy) for automation.\n\nProven experience automating CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, etc.).\n\nHands-on expertise with infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible, Helm, CloudFormation).\n\nFamiliarity with Amdocs products and telecom OSS/BSS systems (CRM, Billing, Ordering).\n\nExperience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift).\n\nProficiency with monitoring and logging (Prometheus, ELK, Splunk, Grafana).\n\nStrong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI).\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in large-scale telecom migrations or Amdocs transformations.\n\nHands-on work with data migration automation and validation tools.\n\nFamiliarity with ITIL processes (incident, change, release
