standards (Chart of Accounts, cost centers, vendor/customer data).\n\nDefine ERP-driven reporting requirements and integrate with analytics tools.\n\nImplementation\nSupport project management and track implementation milestones.\n\nLead data cleansing, mapping, and migration activities.\n\nDocument and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scenarios.\n\nCoordinate ERP integrations with other systems and reporting platforms.\n\nDevelop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and deliver training for end users.\n\nProvide change management guidance to ensure smooth adoption.\n\nPost-Implementation\nProvide go-live support, troubleshoot issues, and manage continuous improvements.\n\nDeliver ad-hoc reporting and oversee release management processes.\n\nQualifications\nProven ERP consulting experience with full lifecycle implementations.\n\nStrong understanding of ERP vendor capabilities, process design, and data governance.\n\nExperience with global ERP rollouts and multi-entity environments.\n\nProficiency in ERP reporting tools and integrations with BI/analytics platforms.\n\nStrong stakeholder engagement, training, and change management skills.\n\nExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation
