Responsibilities\n Product UX Design\n Understand user needs, product challenges, and business constraints\nDesign intuitive, scalable, and efficient user journeys\nCreate user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes\nContribute to product thinking and UX decision-making\nApply UX best practices around usability, accessibility, information architecture, and interaction logic\nIdentify friction points and continuously improve the user experience\n User Testing & UX Validation\n Prepare and conduct user testing sessions\nBuild feedback frameworks and UX questionnaires\nAnalyze user behaviors and product usage patterns\nTranslate user insights into actionable product improvements\nCollaborate with product teams to prioritize UX enhancements\n Mobile UI Production\n Design clean, structured, and consistent mobile interfaces\nProduce high-quality UI mockups in Figma\nRespect and extend existing design standards and components\nEnsure visual quality while maintaining a pragmatic product-oriented approach\nDeliver realistic and implementation-ready interfaces\n Design System & Scalability\n Work within and contribute to the existing design system\nStructure components and variants in Figma\nEnsure consistency across products and countries\nUnderstand maintainability and scalability principles\nCollaborate with developers on Design System → Code workflows\n Product & Technical Collaboration\n Work closely with developers to ensure feasibility and consistency\nParticipate in product discussions and functional trade-offs\nUnderstand mobile technical constraints and consistency, and exploration of UX/UI solutions\nMaintain a critical and structured approach when leveraging AI tools\n Requirements\n Experience\n 3-5+ years of experience in UX/UI Design or Product Design\nExperience designing mobile applications or evolving digital products\nPrevious experience in product companies, startups, agencies, or software factories\nExperience in telecom or super apps is a plus\n UX & Product Skills\n Strong ability to design complex user journeys\nSolid understanding of:usability\nergonomics\nuser-centered design\ninformation hierarchy\n\nUnderstanding of transactional mobile products\nStrong product thinking and continuous improvement mindset\n User Testing & Research\n Experience conducting or leveraging user testing\nFamiliarity with UX research and
