These are senior, hands-on governance roles - not PMO support functions. You will own scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, stakeholders and cross-team coordination from programme inception through to go-live.\nWhat You Will Own\nEnd-to-end programme delivery on Azure modern data platform initiatives (Databricks, Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Lake Gen2, Microsoft Fabric)\nProgramme governance design and operation - RAID logs, dependency mapping, steering committee reporting, milestone tracking and risk escalation\nCross-team coordination across multiple concurrent workstreams, resolving dependency conflicts before they become blockers\nStakeholder management up to C-level and VP-level sponsors, including steering committee facilitation\nVendor governance - contract oversight, SLA enforcement, performance management and formal escalation where required\nScope management - formal change control, de-scope decisions with impact analysis, Phase 2 planning\nProgramme reporting - executive dashboards, RAG status, milestone forecasting and board-level communication\nWhat We Are Looking For\nDemonstrable senior delivery experience on Azure modern data platform programmes in production environments\nProven track record leading programme governance - not just running Agile ceremonies\nExperience managing cross-team dependencies across three or more concurrent workstreams\nHands-on with Jira Advanced Roadmaps or equivalent enterprise programme tooling\nStrong stakeholder management experience at C-suite and VP level\nTelecom, fintech or large enterprise background preferred\nEgypt-based (Cairo preferred)\nPreferred Certifications\nPMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent programme delivery certification\nSAFe, PMI-ACP or relevant Agile at scale certification\n(Certifications are preferred -
