The customer is staffing a team of three to four engineers to build REST API integrations with its Databricks data platform. This role is ideal for a hands-on engineer who has moved clinical and pharmacy data between systems using healthcare interoperability standards, can write production code in both Python and C#/.NET, and can become productive on a customer codebase with minimal ramp-up. The successful candidates will work closely with the Lead Software Engineer, the delivery team, and customer stakeholders to ensure project success from initial definition through final delivery.\nENGAGEMENT\nOpenings: two to three Senior Software Engineers, working alongside one Lead Software Engineer\nLocation: United States, fully remote\nREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS\nExperience delivering software in the healthcare industry; pharmacy benefit management (PBM) experience strongly preferred\nHands-on experience designing and building REST APIs and system-to-system integrations\nHands-on experience with Databricks, including building pipelines and integrating external services with the platform\nWorking knowledge of healthcare data standards: HL7 and CDA / C-CDA documents\nExperience building data movement and orchestration with Azure Data Factory\nExperience with Azure SQL Managed Instance (or SQL Server), including schema design and query tuning\nProduction development in Python\nProduction development in C# / .NET\nUSEFUL QUALIFICATIONS\nHL7 FHIR experience\nFamiliarity with PBM data domains such as claims, eligibility, formulary, and prior authorization\nExperience working with PHI under HIPAA controls\nPrior experience as an embedded contractor on a customer engineering team\nSCOPE AND DELIVERY EXPECTATIONS\nThe following covers the scope of work we anticipate the contractor supporting throughout the project.
