enhancement, and support of enterprise .NET applications\nOwn production troubleshooting, incident resolution, root cause analysis, and technical escalations\nProvide hands-on support for complex production issues and drive them to resolution\nProvide technical solutioning for business requirements, enhancements, and ongoing maintenance\nAct as the technical point of contact for business and technology stakeholders\nLead and coordinate a distributed onsite and offshore development team\nAnalyze existing applications and identify technical and architectural improvements\nApply engineering and architecture best practices to build scalable, highly available systems\nMentor developers on system design, coding standards, and engineering practices\nIdentify technical bottlenecks and risks and recommend solutions\nLead code reviews and ensure the quality of technical deliverables\nEstimate development effort and support planning and on-time delivery\nWork closely with QA, Product, and other technology teams through development, deployment, and production support\nREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS\nBachelor's degree, plus 12+ years of IT experience after completing it\n8+ years of software development with strong hands-on C#, .NET, and .NET Core\n3+ years as a Technical Lead or Lead Developer\nStrong hands-on production troubleshooting and application support, including RCA and technical escalations\nExperience supporting and maintaining enterprise and legacy applications in production\n.NET Core, Web API, REST APIs, and microservices\nDesigning and implementing distributed systems\nStrong SQL and relational database experience\nCloud environments and Agile/Scrum delivery\nSoftware architecture patterns, object-oriented design, and testing principles\nLeading and coordinating onsite and offshore teams\nStrong communication with business and technical stakeholders\nUSEFUL QUALIFICATIONS\nBanking, payments, or financial-services experience\nExperience modernizing legacy .NET Framework
