They are responsible for ensuring that projects are carried out to the best possible standards, within relevant timelines, at an acceptable cost and in line with overall company objectives, while meeting client requirements for deliverables.They are responsible for setting and meeting client expectations and communicating project progress to all the stakeholders in the project - the client, as well as the sales and operations teams.\nCandidates must be confident, highly self-motivated, and able to communicate effectively with a diverse set of parties, both internal and external, this will include lawyers, C-Level corporate clients, technical engineers, and litigation support staff from around the world.\nRemote, work from home opportunity.\nResponsibilities\nIn this capacity, the eDiscovery Project Manager will perform the following tasks, under the direction of the Client Services Manager.\nSuccessfully manage the end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent eDiscovery projects, overseeing all phases from initiation and planning through execution, review, and final delivery. \nAct as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to quality and compliance standards. \nActs as a trusted advisor to clients and internal teams, providing informed guidance that supports strategic decision making and strengthens long-term relationships.\nApply strong technical and procedural knowledge of eDiscovery alongside sound project management discipline to achieve efficient, defensible, and client-focused outcomes.\nProvide complete and timely communications to KLDiscovery clients ensuring that at all levels of the client organization, the project status is understood\nProvide appropriate work directions to all internal KLDiscovery personnel assigned to execute the project\nAct as a liaison between internal KLDiscovery personnel and KLDiscovery’s clients to facilitate successful project completion\nFacilitate project meetings and internal communication between KLDiscovery staff to ensure projects are completed correctly and on time\nCarry out all appropriate processes and procedures to ensure correct forecasting of revenue and invoicing of client projects\nWork with sales to help plan projects and ensure they are scoped in a cost-effective manner\nProvide project-specific reporting as required by the client and internal stakeholders\nDevelop relationships with appropriate client representatives\nWork well under pressure with a small, diverse, and dedicated team of professionals\nQualifications\n1 - 3 years eDiscovery project management, in a fast paced, client-facing role.\nProven ability to successfully lead multiple concurrent eDiscovery projects from win to completion in a fast-paced environment.\nAbility to build long-term trust with clients through delivery excellence and exceptional interpersonal skills.\nDeep understanding of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model stages.\nProficient understanding of data management, analytics, processing and hosting, as it relates to eDiscovery project management and best practice.\nKnowledge of data privacy laws, FRCP, GDPR, and other compliance frameworks.\nHands-on expertise in eDiscovery tools and platforms.\nWorks effectively with multidisciplinary teams, encouraging open communication and solution-focused conflict resolution.\nStrong ability to work autonomously; identifies and presents solutions; confident decision-making ability\nStrong attention to detail\nTechnical aptitude and financial appreciation\nUniversity degree or equivalent qualification preferred\nRCA (Relativity Certified Administrator) certification is a plus\nAfter-hours and weekend work required\nRegional travel may be required, in line with business needs\nDriving Career Growth, Benefit Excellence: The KLD Advantage\nAt KLD we invest in employees and their families by placing their wellbeing first.
