Under the supervisionofsuperiors, they willbe responsible forresearching relevant technologies, developing new software solutions, and creating automation for both platform tests and upgrade procedures.They will also mentor, coach, andtrainentry and mid-levelSalesforceengineers.\nResponsibilities\nDevelop Apex (classes and triggers), LightningWebComponents,Aura components,Visualforce,Screen Flows, custom labels, validation rules, reports, digital experience sitesto extend Salesforce to support business requirements.\nAssistwith each release cycle to implement and deploy new/updates to existing applications and code.\nWorking with integrated applications suchHubSpot,Zenkraft, Vertex, Oracle,DocuSign, Conga, and other custom applications.\nTest,refine, and document programs includingvarious typesof testing - unit testing, integration testing, system and workflow testing, acceptance testing, regression, performance,exploratory testing, andautomation testing in Selenium.\nStriving towards coding best practices and data quality.\nPerform peer code reviews.\nSupport bug fixes and implement enhancements to applications in Production.\nCreate design and user documentation as needed.\nUtilize,communicateand enforce coding standards.\nSeekandparticipatein personal development opportunities tomaintaina detailed knowledge of industry standards, engineering best practices, and business needs.\nProvide Technical Support - bug fixes and implement enhancements to applications in Production within defined SLA.\nAdhere to development processes and workflows.\nWork in a team or with multiple organizational departments in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.\nSupport the Salesforce Administrator on occasion.\nMentor junior level engineers\nPossess significant humility, hunger, andpeoplesmarts.\nTake solutions proposed by others andexpand onthem to provide the desired outcome.
