We're currently seeking a full-time, in-person Para Educator to support a school in Dakota County, MN for the 2026-2027 school year.\nPosition Details:\n Start Date: ASAPEnd Date: June 11, 2027Location: Dakota County, MNOn-site, 31.25 hours per weekSchool Year: 2026-2027 Qualifications:\n Experience supporting individuals with autism in a school setting, ABA environment, or autism-focused program is strongly preferred.Willingness and ability to provide personal care support (including feeding and toileting) as needed.Ability to work under the supervision of a certified teacher or licensed professional and follow established student support plans.Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach when working with educators and support staff.Ability to consistently work on-site and reliably follow the required daily schedule. Responsibilities:\n Provide in-classroom support to students in an autism center-based program, under the direction of the assigned educator(s).Assist with instructional activities and help students access learning tasks in individual and small-group settings.Support implementation of behavior supports by reinforcing expectations and using approved de-escalation strategies.Provide student assistance with daily living needs as assigned, including feeding and toileting support when needed.Observe and share student progress, needs, and concerns with the supervising team to help maintain a safe, supportive learning environment.
