The ideal candidate brings a strong sense of urgency, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has experience recruiting in the staffing industry or hiring for sales roles. \nKey Responsibilities:Support full‑cycle internal recruiting including roles across Sales, Recruiting, Leadership (VP‑level) and emerging business divisions \nPartner closely with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs, priorities, and timelines \n\nSource, screen, and assess candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, internal tools, and proactive outreach \n\nManage candidate pipelines and maintain momentum in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment\n\nTrack activity and results against established weekly KPIs and adjust recruiting strategies as needed to meet hiring goals\n\nProvide a strong candidate experience while moving quickly and decisively \nRequired Qualifications:Staffing industry recruiting experience required; candidates without staffing experience must have demonstrated experience recruiting for sales roles \nProven ability to work with speed, urgency, and minimal oversight while consistently meeting weekly recruiting KPIs \nExperience recruiting across multiple job families and seniority levels \nStrong communication, organization, and time‑management skills \nComfortable managing multiple open roles simultaneously \nAbility to step in quickly and operate independently \nBachelor’s degree required\nAbout Onward Group Holdings, LLC:Onward Group Holdings, LLC is a platform of specialized talent and workforce solutions brands that connect leading organizations with expert talent across high-demand industries.
