This recruiter operates like a true talent hunter—leveraging sourcing technology, market intelligence, networking, and data to move faster than the competition and consistently deliver top technology talent to clients nationwide.\nKey Responsibilities\nProactively source technology candidates using job boards, referrals, LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, texting platforms, and AI-powered sourcing tools\n\nBuild and maintain a strong, active pipeline of highly skilled technology professionals across multiple disciplines\nRecruit for roles including:\nSoftware Engineers (Frontend, Backend, Full Stack)\n\nDevOps Engineers\n\nCloud Engineers & Architects\n\nData Scientists & Data Engineers\n\nQuality Assurance (QA) Engineers\n\nAccessibility Specialists\n\nProduct Managers\n\nUX/UI Designers\n\nCybersecurity Professionals\n\nAI & Machine Learning Engineers\n\nConduct high-volume phone and video candidate interviews\n\nQualify candidates based on technical expertise, experience, compensation expectations, availability, and cultural fit\n\nManage candidates throughout the interview, offer, and placement process\n\nBuild consultative relationships with candidates and serve as a subject matter expert on technology staffing market trends\n\nMaintain strong candidate relationships to drive engagement, retention, referrals, and redeployment opportunities\n\nLeverage ATS, CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, AI tools (including Copilot), sourcing automation, and texting platforms to maximize efficiency and productivity\n\nConsistently meet or exceed KPIs related to outreach, submissions, interviews, placements, starts, and candidate activity\n\nPartner closely with sales and client services teams to ensure successful candidate delivery and exceptional client experiences\n\nRequired Qualifications\n2+ years of experience as a recruiter within a staffing agency environment preferred\n\nExperience recruiting technology professionals, including software development, QA, DevOps, cloud, infrastructure, data, cybersecurity, or related technical disciplines\n\nProven success in a high-volume, KPI-driven recruiting environment\nStrong comfort with recruiting technology, including:\nATS platforms and CRM systems\n\nLinkedIn Recruiter and job board sourcing tools\n\nTexting and candidate engagement platforms\n\nAI-assisted sourcing, recruiting, and workflow automation tools\n\nStrong verbal and written communication skills\n\nComfortable with outbound phone, text, and digital candidate outreach\n\nExceptional organization, prioritization, and follow-through abilities\n\nAbility to build relationships quickly and maintain a high level of candidate engagement\n\nBachelor's degree preferred\n\nSalary$50,000–$65,000 base salary (commensurate with experience)\nCommission and bonus eligibleComprehensive benefits package, PTO, and 401(k)\nAbout Onward Group Holdings, LLCOnward Group Holdings, LLC is a platform of specialized talent and workforce solutions brands that connect leading organizations with expert talent across high-demand industries.
