The category is still ours to define.\nThe Role.\nWe’re hiring a Growth Marketing Associate to help more people discover Onyx, understand the product, and keep coming back.\nYou’ll support campaigns across paid and owned channels, help bring marketing ideas to life around sports and cultural moments, and use performance data and customer insight to improve results. You’ll work closely with Growth, Product, Creative, Partnerships, and Compliance across a broad range of marketing projects.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nSupport integrated marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.\nHelp plan campaigns around major sporting events, product launches, and cultural moments.\nCoordinate campaigns across paid media, social, creators and affiliates, CRM, content, and partnerships.\nHelp turn business goals and customer insights into campaign plans, creative briefs, messaging, and success measures.\nCoordinate with internal teams and external partners on creative, timelines, and campaign execution.\nMonitor campaign performance and help identify opportunities to improve results.\nSupport tests across creative, messaging, audiences, and channels; share findings with the team.\nHelp track results and communicate updates and recommendations to cross-functional partners.\nLook for ways to improve campaign workflows and day-to-day marketing operations.\nWork with Compliance and other teams to help ensure marketing is accurate and follows applicable requirements.\nWhat You’ll Bring:\n2+ years of experience in growth, integrated, digital, or performance marketing.\nExperience supporting campaigns across multiple channels.\nFamiliarity with digital advertising, campaign measurement, or performance optimization.\nComfort using customer or campaign data to understand what is working.\nStrong organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.\nClear communication skills and the ability to work across teams.\nInitiative, good judgment, and a willingness to take ownership in a fast-moving environment.\nAn interest in sports, consumer products, or prediction markets.\nEven Better If You Have:\nExperience in sports, gaming, fintech, trading, or another regulated consumer business.\nExposure to creator, affiliate, or partnership campaigns.\nFamiliarity with paid social, paid search, programmatic media, or CRM.\nExperience supporting campaigns around live events or cultural moments.\nLocation:\nThis role is based in Onyx’s NoHo, Manhattan office, with core in-office days Tuesday through Thursday.\nCandidates must be authorized to work in the United States.
