The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, experienced with Ansible, and passionate about automation and continuous improvement.\nResponsibilities:\nEnsure platform security, compliance, and adherence to best practices\nTroubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and platform-related issues\nDesign, build, and maintain internal platforms that support application development and deployment\nMonitor system performance, reliability, and availability using observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana)\nAutomate operational processes to reduce manual intervention and improve efficiency\nCollaborate with software engineering teams to improve developer experience and deployment workflows\nQualification Requirements: Ten (10) years' experience as a Platform Engineer is required.\nQualification Requirements: Five (5) years' experience supporting and installing on Linux, Unix, Windows, or Cisco OS operation systems.\nQualification Requirements: One (1) year experience configuring, troubleshooting, monitoring, and testing a messaging service (such as Java Messaging Service, TIBCO, ActiveMQ, Artemis, Kafka). \nQualification Requirements: One (1) year experience building/installing packages such as .iso and RedHat Package Managers (rpm).\nQualification Requirements: Three (3) years' experience each supporting three (3) of the following tools/topics: Puppet, Ansible, clustering solutions, writing scripts, building, and maintaining storage arrays.\nQualification Requirements: One (1) year experience creating and maintaining virtual machines (for example, using VMWARE).\nQualification Requirements: Ability to run Security Scans on systems (such as Nessus).\nQualification Requirements: Ability to provide documentation for Security accreditation.\nDesired Qualifications: Five (5) years’ experience using configuration management tools (such vas GIT, Confluence, Redmine) for document repository, software repository, and building software. \nDesired Qualifications: Four (4) years’ experience configuring, troubleshooting, monitoring, and testing TIBCO EMS or ActiveMQ messaging.\nBachelor's degree in a computer engineering or in a field related to the computer engineering or computer science disciplines is required. Four (4) years of additional Platform Engineering experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree. CWIP IAT Level II Certification, CWIP IA Baseline Certification.\nCompensation: We are committed to providing fair and competitive compensation. The salary range for this position is $78,000 to $250,000 per year. This range reflects the compensation offered across the locations where we hire.
