In this role, you will\nprovide technical assistance, administer configurations, support testing, recommend enhancements,\nand troubleshoot and resolve issues associated with the various sub-systems.\nResponsibilities:\n Leverage your technical background to understand a customer’s goals and identify the best\nintegration solution for their needs\n Perform customer (end user / end user system) Integration by following instructions and\nexecuting a process\n Test and troubleshoot configurations to confirm successful integration\n Communicate with customers during integration and post-integration including responding to\nemails, facilitating meetings or phone conversations, participating in solving technical problems\n Author/update documentation\n Identify configuration errors and check appropriate log files to debug issues.\nCore Qualifications:\n Bachelor's degree and 8 years of overall related experience\n Broad range of skills and experience across several COTS technologies- Windows, Linux,\nVMware, and networking.\n Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)\n Detail-oriented\n Experience or demonstrated familiarity in multiple of the following technologies, and a desire to\nlearn the others:\no MS Windows (AD, GPO, Server 2022, Win11, WSUS)\no RedHat Linux OS administration\no VMware ESXi, vCenter, and VMware Cloud Foundations architecture suite\no Management of Juniper routers, firewalls, and switches via Juniper Space\no Juniper Routing Director and Security Director\no Cisco ISE, RadiantOne, RSA SecurID\no SolarWinds NPM\no Splunk Enterprise Search\no Tenable vulnerability/compliance scanning tools\no HAIPE management using GEM One\no Session Border Controllers (Ribbon/Oracle)\no Oracle SDM and OCOM\n Active SCI clearance or Top Secret (eligible for SCI) clearance\n Security+ is REQUIRED\n All candidates must be US CITIZENS to be considered for the position\nPreferred Qualifications:\n Previous experience in providing similar integration support for onboarding external information\nsystems\n Experience or demonstrated familiarity with multiple of the following identity, credential, and\naccess management (ICAM) concepts/standards:\n LDAP or MS Active Directory\n PKI and TLS/SSL\n RADIUS, SNMP, and NTP protocols\n Multi-factor Authentication (RSA)\n Experience or demonstrated familiarity with Public Key Infrastructure concepts and usage,\nincluding certificates, browser security configurations, and tokens\n Experience in identity management and governance, to include single sign-on, identity\nfederation, or enterprise directory architecture and design\n Local to Ft. Meade, MD\nCompensation: We are committed to providing fair and competitive compensation. The salary range for this position is $78,000 to $250,000 per year. This range reflects the compensation offered across the locations where we hire.
