You will work closely with Product and Engineering to design complex workflows and turn technical challenges into intuitive, polished product experiences.\nWe’re looking for someone with exceptional product taste, strong attention to detail, and a high bar for craft. Someone who is curious, learns quickly, takes ownership, and is constantly looking to improve their work. This is a hands-on role with significant influence over how our product looks, feels, and evolves as we scale.\nWhat you will do\n Own product design from early concepts and user flows through high-fidelity designs and shipped experiences.\nDesign intuitive experiences for complex technical workflows, data, and enterprise use cases.\nWork closely with Product and Engineering throughout the product development process, from problem definition to implementation.\nCreate and evolve our design system, ensuring consistency, scalability, and a high-quality experience across the product.\nTranslate complex requirements into simple, clear, and thoughtful user experiences.\nMaintain an exceptionally high bar for visual quality, interaction design, and attention to detail.\nUse prototyping, AI tools, and emerging design technologies to explore ideas and accelerate the design process.\nReview implemented experiences and work closely with Engineering to ensure the final product reflects the intended design.\nContinuously learn, experiment, and bring new ideas and design practices into the team.\nContribute to the overall product experience and design culture at Onyx.\nRequirements\nWhat you will bring\n 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer.\nA strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional product design, visual craft, and product thinking -
