This is a builder's role: you'll run and optimize paid media, the website, content syndication, email nurtures, organic search, and social media, with external agency support. Working closely with campaigns, product marketing, and demand gen, you'll be the person who knows why CPL moved last week and what we're doing about it.\nWhat You'll OwnWebsite:\nOwn the marketing website as a conversion engine: performance, UX, and continuous improvement.\n\nBuild and maintain the website roadmap with design, product marketing, and demand gen — prioritizing and scoping the work.\n\nDevelop new page strategies and layouts with design and demand gen: campaign landing pages, product and solution pages, and gated experiences.\n\nRun a structured CRO program — hypothesize, test, measure, and iterate on messaging, layout, forms, and CTAs.\n\nPartner with design on wireframes and developers on implementation, QA, and site speed, and report on what's working and what to do about it.\n\nPaid media:\nPlan, launch, and optimize paid search and display campaigns, including keyword research and copy testing.\n\nBuild paid social programs: campaign buildout, audience strategy, creative testing, and budget pacing.\n\nManage channel budgets against pipeline targets and make reallocation calls based on performance.\n\nContent syndication:\nManage vendor relationships, program setup, and lead quality QA.\n\nTrack downstream conversion by vendor and asset, optimizing spend and making budget recommendations accordingly.\n\nEmail & nurture:\nBuild and optimize nurture programs in our marketing automation platform.\n\nOwn lifecycle segmentation, send cadence, and deliverability.\n\nRun A/B tests against current best practices, tracking progress and iterating on the data.\n\nOrganic search (SEO, AEO, GEO):\nOwn organic visibility strategy and execution, working with outsourced agency partners.\n\nOversee technical SEO alongside developers and agency partners, and handle on-page SEO.\n\nBuild for answer engine and generative engine visibility.\n\nPartner with content on keyword strategy, briefs, and refresh priorities.\n\nWork with agency partners on reporting that shows what's moving the needle, and make active recommendations on what to do next.\n\nOrganic social:\nRun the company's social presence, editorial calendar, and community engagement.\n\nAmplify research, product news, and executive and practitioner voices.\n\nRequirementsWhat We're Looking ForRequired:\nDirect experience marketing cybersecurity products to technical buyers — security practitioners, engineers, and CISOs.
