We are scaling delivery aggressively over the next twelve months.\nThe offer\nLocation: San Francisco, in person\nStart: ASAP\nContract: Full-time US employee\nCompensation: $120-150K base + variable at quota + equity\nTeam: Direct report to the CEO\nYour missions\nOwn the full sales cycle with frontier labs and agent companies, from prospecting through close and expansion.\nBuild pipeline across large, high-potential accounts, with a net-new focus.\nRun multi-threaded sales processes across research, post-training and executive stakeholders.\nDiagnose customer challenges in agent training data, RL environments and evals: which workflows, which tools, what task difficulty, what volume.\nPartner with our engineering and delivery teams to scope and land deals.\nMaintain strong forecasting discipline and pipeline hygiene.\nBring market signal back to the team: which environments, domains and data types buyers want next.\nWho we're looking for\n6+ years of quota-carrying experience in complex, technical sales (AI/ML, data infrastructure or technical services).\nProven track record closing six- to eight-figure deals with custom scope and usage terms.\nComfortable selling to technical personas: ML researchers, post-training leads, AI founders.\nA track record of building pipeline from zero: early at a startup, or opened a new market.\nBased in the SF Bay Area (or relocating), and keen to be out in the ecosystem in person.\nWorks well async with a team 9 hours ahead;
