You will report to Grégoire (COO & co-founder) and join the Ops team.\nThe chain you work on: evaluation → ingestion → anonymization → enrichment → delivery.\nOwn your deliveries end to end. From the moment a partner signs to the moment the dataset ships. Timelines, quality, coordination with the partner and with our eng team. It is yours.\n\nHold the quality bar. What we ship is checked by frontier labs. There is no room for approximation, and spotting the detail that is off is a large part of the job.\n\nRaise the bar every week. You are expected to come back with a process that is faster and cleaner than the one you were given.\n\nMake the manual work disappear. Parts of the chain are still hands-on. You will do some of that work, and then you will build the automation, the tools and the AI workflows that remove it.\n\nWho we're looking for\nYou have 2+ years of experience in operations, project management, consulting, or a fast-moving startup. At least one full-time experience is mandatory, and you want to take real ownership early in an ambitious company.\nSoft skills\nCuriosity - you want to understand how things really work, in depth, including the technical parts.\n\nAttention to detail - you catch what others miss, and you care that things are right, not just done.\n\nDrive - you want impact, you want to grow fast, and you are ready to put in the work for it.\n\nInitiative - you propose, you try, you are not afraid to fail.\n\nTenacity - long or hard tasks do not discourage you; you see them through.\n\nHard skills\nAutomation mindset - you instinctively spot repetitive work and turn it into a reliable pipeline.\n\nBuilding with AI - you use LLMs and AI tools to automate workflows and solve problems end to end, not just to chat.\n\nCoding / scripting - you can write or vibe-code to automate tasks and ship internal tools, or you are hungry to learn fast.\n\nAI literacy - genuine interest in where the field is going: agents, RL, training data.\n\nFluent English - mandatory (working language with our partners and the labs).\n\nWhy join us\nAn exceptional learning curve - you join a small, senior, experienced team and work directly with the founders.
