This role involves preparing samples, conducting tests, analyzing results, and supporting continuous improvement efforts within the lab.\nHow You Will Make a Difference:\nPerform testing on products in development (e.g., flammability, durability, dimensional stability) using various equipment and methods\n\nAnalyze results and document findings accurately\n\nManage multiple projects and meet deadlines, including priority requests\n\nCommunicate updates to internal teams, including any issues or failures\n\nConduct wash testing using industrial and residential equipment\n\nParticipate in garment audits and support performance evaluations\n\nSupport root cause analysis and corrective actions for product issues\n\nIdentify opportunities to improve lab processes and efficiencies\n\nSkills for Success:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent\n\nStrong attention to detail and organizational skills\n\nAbility to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment\n\nDemonstrated mechanical aptitude, including experience working with, maintaining, and troubleshooting laboratory equipment and machinery\n\nBasic math skills and strong computer
