The Shift Lead will motivate and guide the store team, ensure exceptional customer experiences, drive sales, and maintain the store visual merchandizing standards. This position requires a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.\nHow you will make a difference:\nLead and inspire a team of retail associates, providing guidance, coaching and support on assigned shifts.\nAssign tasks and delegate responsibilities effectively, ensuring smooth store operations during shift.\nDemonstrate exceptional customer service skills and act as a role mode for the store team.\nEnsure all customers are greeted warmly and receive prompt assistance.\nDeliver legendary service by resolving customer inquiries according to Work Authority’s Values.\nAchieve sales targets by motivating the team to provide exceptional sales experiences.\nTrain and coach associates on effective sales techniques and product knowledge.\nEnsure the store is clean, always organized and visually appealing.\nResponsible for the store’s opening and closing procedures.\nAssists with inventory, including receiving, stocking, and replenishing merchandise.\nProvide customers with a hassle-free experience when they need to exchange or return\nproducts.\nAdhere to company policies, procedures, and store operational guidelines.\nAdhere to loss prevention guidelines to minimize theft and maximize store profitably.\nSkills for Success:\nA minimum of at least 2 years customer service experience\nProficiency in using a point-of sale (POS) systems, Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.) and other retail software.\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members.\nExcellent decision-making abilities and problem-solving skills\nStrong organizational and time management abilities.\nAbility to lift up to 50lbs, climb ladders safely to access elevated areas as needed, and the flexibility to stand for prolonged durations, bend and move with ease to complete job tasks.\nCandidates should be reliable and flexible to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and weekdays.\nWe are committed to providing equal opportunity employment.
