AI 개인화 마케팅 도입·확장\n- Mass 및 세그먼트 단위 마케팅을 넘어 AI 기반 개인화 마케팅 도입,\n- 유관부서와 협업해 타겟팅 기획·캠페인 실행을 체계화하며 전환율 등 핵심 지표 개선\n3. 플랫폼 레벨의 유저 여정 설계\n- 신규 진입, 온보딩, 이탈 복귀, 크로스셀링 등 세그먼트 기반 유저 여정을 개인화 전략과 결합해 재설계\n4.
