You have a solid background in software development and are comfortable working across the software lifecycle, from designing and implementing solutions to maintaining and continuously improving them in production.\nExperience in enterprise content management, document processing, or other business-critical information systems is highly relevant for this role. We value engineers who combine technical excellence with a practical mindset and can collaborate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.\nWe are looking for experience in several of the following areas:\n3+ years of software development experience with Java, Python and/or TypeScript \nBuilding scalable and secure cloud-native solutions on Azure \nEnterprise content management and archival platforms \nPostgreSQL and database design \nKubernetes and container-based platforms \nREST APIs and system integrations \nGit-based development workflows \nCI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices \nSecure software development and engineering best practices\nGood communication skills in both Finnish and English\nExperience with MongoDB, automated testing, application monitoring, release management, vulnerability management, Document Intelligence solutions, OCR technologies, and Generative AI or Large Language Models (LLMs) is considered an advantage.
