enterprise-grade products that deliver measurable impact.\n\nKey Responsibilities :\n\n- Lead the development and delivery of AI-powered products and platforms.\n\n- You will lead the development of enterprise AI solutions leveraging Generative AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), intelligent agents, and cloud-native architectures to deliver scalable business outcomes.\n\n- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and execution plans.\n\n- Guide architecture decisions and engineering best practices for cloud-native applications.\n\n- Partner with Product, AI/ML, UX, and business stakeholders to align priorities and drive outcomes.\n\n- Manage development roadmaps, sprint execution, releases, and technical delivery.\n\n- Build and mentor high-performing engineering teams while fostering innovation and accountability.\n\n- Ensure solutions meet security, scalability, performance, and governance requirements.\n\n- Drive adoption of emerging AI technologies, including Generative AI and intelligent automation.\n\n- Communicate progress, risks, and recommendations to executive leadership.\n\nRequired Qualifications :\n\n- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, product development, or technical leadership roles.\n\n- 3+ years leading engineering or cross-functional product development teams.\n\n- Experience building cloud-native applications on Azure, AWS, or GCP.\n\n- Strong understanding of software architecture, APIs, microservices, and modern development practices.\n\n- Experience delivering AI/ML-enabled products or platforms.\n\n- Proven ability to balance technical execution with business objectives.\n\n- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.\n\nPreferred Qualifications :\n\n- Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, and intelligent automation solutions.\n\n- Familiarity with AI governance, security, privacy, and Responsible AI principles.\n\n- Experience launching and scaling 0-to-1 products.\n\n- Background in SaaS, enterprise software, or consulting services.\n\n- Experience managing distributed or global engineering teams.\n\nBenefits
