La personne prend en charge les activités de coordination, de préparation, de documentation et de relance nécessaires à la bonne exécution des projets.\nCe rôle constitue une excellente porte d’entrée en gestion de projet. Il permet de développer progressivement l’autonomie, le jugement et la compréhension du cycle de vie complet d’un projet client, tout en travaillant sous l’encadrement d’un gestionnaire de projets.\nCe poste s'adresse à une personne souhaitant développer une carrière en gestion de projets dans un environnement technologique international.\nVos principales responsabilités :\nCoordination et suivi des projets clients: \nFaire l’ouverture et la fermeture des projets dans les différents outils utilise par le PMO. \nSoutenir le gestionnaire de projets dans la planification et le suivi des activités, livrables, jalons et dépendances \nMaintenir à jour les outils de suivi de projets (échéancier, budgets, statuts, actions et risques). \nPréparer et mettre à jour les rapports d’avancement. \nCoordonner les réunions de projet, préparer les documents et assurer le suivi des actions. \nAssurer une communication fluide entre les équipes internes (ingénierie, production, ventes, R&D) et les gestionnaires de projets. \nSuivre l’avancement des projets, identifier les écarts, documenter les risques et escalader les enjeux au gestionnaire de projets lorsque requis. \nSupporter la coordination des ressources internes sur les projets. \nParticiper à l'amélioration continue des pratiques, outils et processus du PMO. \nAssurer le respect des processus, standards et exigences documentaires du PMO. \nVotre profil:\nScolarité : BAC en administration, gestion de projet, génie électrique ou domaine connexe. \nToute combinaison équivalente de formation et d’expérience pertinente sera considérée. \nExpérience : 1 à 3 ans d’expérience en coordination de projets. Expérience dans un environnement technologique, manufacturier ou d’ingénierie. Une expérience en projet clients constitue un atout. \nCompétences techniques : Connaissance des outils de gestion de projet et de la suite Microsoft 365. \nFamiliarité avec des outils tels que Jira, Confluence ou outils similaires en gestion de projets. Connaissance des concepts fondamentaux de gestion de projet (portée, échéancier, coûts, risques, qualité et parties prenantes). Intérêt marqué pour les environnements techniques, l'ingénierie et l'intégration de systèmes. \nCompétences clés : Excellentes habiletés organisationnelles et grande rigueur. Capacité à gérer simultanément plusieurs dossiers dans un environnement dynamique. Excellentes aptitudes en communication et en collaboration multidisciplinaire. Sens de l'initiative et autonomie progressive. The incumbent is responsible for the coordination, preparation, documentation, and follow-up activities required for successful project execution.\nThis role is an excellent entry point into project management. It provides an opportunity to progressively develop autonomy, judgment, and an understanding of the complete customer project lifecycle while working under the guidance of a Project Manager.\nThis position is intended for individuals who wish to build a career in project management within an international technology environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nCustomer Project Coordination and Monitoring \nOpen and close projects in the various tools used by the PMO. \nSupport Project Managers in planning and tracking project activities, deliverables, milestones, and dependencies. \nMaintain project tracking tools, including schedules, budgets, status reports, action logs, and risk registers. \nPrepare and update project progress reports. \nCoordinate project meetings, prepare required documentation, and ensure follow-up on action items. \nEnsure effective communication between internal teams (Engineering, Production, Sales, R&D, Procurement, and Support) and Project Managers. \nMonitor project progress, identify variances, document risks, and escalate issues to the Project Manager when required. \nSupport the coordination of internal resources assigned to projects. \nParticipate in the continuous improvement of PMO practices, tools, and processes. \nEnsure compliance with PMO processes, standards, and documentation requirements.\nCandidate Profile\nEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Experience in a technology, manufacturing, or engineering environment. Experience supporting customer-facing projects is considered an asset. \nTechnical Skills: Knowledge of project management tools and the Microsoft 365 suite.
