Your external customers will be manufacturers, engineering companies, electricity producers (such as Hydro-Québec / CENACE) and transmission and distribution network operators.\nAs an FAE, you will do commissioning, integration, customer support and customer training.\nOur team of application engineers has good technical knowledge as well as very good communication and problem solving skills. These are the skills they are looking for in their future colleague.\nYou would work approximately 85% of the time remotely and you will be called upon to travel approximately 15% to our customers in Latin America and possibly the United States of America.\nMain Duties:\nTo provide support for our electronic products and software;\nTo do customer commissioning and trainings;\nTo integrate our products to customers;\nTo do some internal testing. \nRequirements:\nEducation:Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering;\nExperience:1 to 3 years of relevant experience (we consider your internships experiences relevant);\nRequired knowledge:MATLAB / Simulink;\nLanguage abilities:English spoken fluently - Spanish and/or Portuguese spoken fluently as well;\nRequired skills:passion for problem solving;
