This position reports to Director -BioGas Operations and Delivery will work remotely from home, with periodic travel to operating facilities nationwide, estimated 50%.\nThis position is responsible for providing centralized operational performance leadership to improve production, reduce losses, optimize costs, and increase operational consistency across the Biogas fleet. The Continuous Improvement Engineer serves as the owner of fleet performance measurement, operational analytics, loss accounting, benchmarking, scorecards, reporting systems, and continuous improvement initiatives. This position works closely with Operations, Reliability, Process Engineering, and Controls to identify performance gaps, develop improvement strategies, and drive sustainable operational excellence across the fleet.\nDuties & Responsibilities\nLead fleet continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.\nDevelop operational scorecards, KPIs, dashboards, and performance reporting.\nAnalyze operational losses and drive corrective improvement actions.\nMeasure asset capability and identify performance improvement opportunities.\nIdentify gaps between actual performance and production plans.\nLead constraint management, debottlenecking, and operational optimization efforts.\nDevelop and maintain fleet performance and morning reporting systems.\nMonitor energy consumption and variable operating cost performance.\nBenchmark facilities and standardize best operating practices fleet-wide.\nUtilize analytics, AI tools, and economic modeling capabilities.\nFive core capabilities to assist the Operational Excellence Campaign:Asset Reliability\nMechanical Integrity\nUnplanned Event Reduction\nRisk Management\nReliability Systems\n\nQualifications and Skills\nBachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Industrial or related field) from an accredited program.\nMinimum 5 years of demonstrated process improvement in RNG, oil and gas, chemical, petrochemical, or comparable industrial experience.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving capability\nAbility to analyze operational and financial performance trends.\nAbility to identify operational improvement opportunities through data analysis.\nDemonstrated ability to utilize AI tools to support operational improvement.\nEffective communication and cross-functional coordination capability\nAbility to travel 50% based on fleet demands.\nHome-based position preferred near an operating asset\nSupport all RNG and renewable power facilities across the fleet.\nWork Hours and Arrangements\nStandard Monday - Friday, first shift (exempt position); must be available for after-hours/weekend calls as business needs demand.
