across assigned markets.\nInspect merchant promotional materials to ensure compliance with approved standards and guidelines.\nVerify the accuracy and authenticity of top merchant tagging across assigned markets.\nConduct independent physical inspections and validate reported field activities.\nCapture photographic evidence, document observations, and prepare accurate inspection reports.\nComplete inspection activities in each assigned market within seven days.\nIdentify discrepancies, irregularities, and instances of non-compliance during inspections.\nEscalate inspection findings and identified gaps to the appropriate management team.\nMaintain accurate inspection records, supporting documentation, and evidence for all assignments.\nEnsure objectivity, confidentiality, and independence throughout inspection activities.\nMaintain professional conduct and uphold the company's operational standards during field assignments.\nRequirements and Qualifications\nMinimum of HND or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Social Sciences, or a related discipline.\nAt least four (4) years of relevant experience in field operations, quality assurance, inspection, audit, or operational monitoring.\nProven experience conducting field inspections, market assessments, or verification activities.\nStrong documentation, analytical, and reporting skills.\nProficiency in using digital tools for data collection, reporting, and photographic documentation.\nExcellent attention to detail and ability to
