Proven track record in microfinance, retail banking, or SME lending, Must satisfy CBN fit-and-proper requirements.\n\nTechnical / Job Skills:\n\nBranch operations management; cash and vault management; transfer operations (NIP, NEFT); account services; core banking administration and EOD processing; operational risk controls; reconciliation oversight; knowledge of CBN cash handling and operational guidelines.\n\nSoft Skills & Attributes\n\nStrong supervisory and coaching ability; calm under pressure; meticulousness; customer-service mindset; problem-solving; integrity.
