We move our best to where the hardest problems are.\nThis is a full-time W-2 position with a salary of $150,000 to $165,000 per year. It is a remote position. The initial engagement requires United States citizenship; dual citizenship and green card holders are prohibited by the contract terms. You will deliver:\nOne integrated plan, backlog, calendar, risk register, decision log, and definition of done.\nDelivery of all monthly milestones and formal deliverables with acceptance evidence prepared before submission.\nA disciplined agile cadence that connects daily work, biweekly demonstrations, weekly management, and monthly government reporting.\nFast resolution of access, data, architecture, partner, staffing, and acceptance dependencies.\nClear writing. Status reports, risks, decisions, and escalations must be concise enough to act on immediately.\nVisible performance management across all personnel, including partner resources and replacements.\nThis is where you start, not the shape of your career here.\nRequirements\n8+ years leading technical delivery, including at least three enterprise data, analytics, cloud, or artificial intelligence (AI) programs\nWorking knowledge of data engineering, cloud platforms, analytics, testing, and model delivery. This is a technical delivery job, not an administrative coordinator\nExperience managing federal customers, subcontractors, deliverables, acceptance, risk, reporting, and security-dependent onboarding\nPractical agile leadership, including backlog management, sprint planning, demonstrations, retrospectives, and corrective action\nStrong written and verbal communication.
