You’ll play a key role in driving results and shaping the culture and direction of your local commercial team (3FTE’s).\nThis is a high-impact, hands-on leadership role for someone who combines deep industry knowledge with a modern commercial mindset. You’ll be working directly with the Commercial Director and be a key voice in both local execution and global feedback loops.\nRequirements\nYour Role & Responsibilities\n1. Own the Commercial Performance\nBe fully accountable for revenue, margin, customer and employee KPIs in The Netherlands. \nManage forecasting and report weekly to the Commercial Director on volumes, progress by segment, and strategic outlook. \n2. Lead the Team\nBuild, manage, and coach the local team \nEnsure a balanced team structure, aligned with our strategy and targets. \nMake your team successful and happy by aligning vision, strategy, and consistent results. \n3. Drive Customer Excellence\nRepresent and cultivate relationships with the high end Dutch buyer market. \nEnsure the customer journey reflects our standards, smooth, responsive, and high-quality. \nBe seen as a go-to authority on the Dutch used car market, both internally and externally. \n4. Represent the Netherlands Internally\nBe the voice of Dutch customers and employees within SLT and HQ discussions. \nOwn RfPs and similar strategic processes that involve or impact your market. \nActively contribute to improving our commercial model across Europe by sharing insights and lessons. \nYour Profile\nGrowth/Commercial excellence mindset: sees change as opportunity, takes initiative, and leads by example. \nExperience in a commercial leadership role is a plus\nExperience in automotive, used car remarketing, or B2B marketplaces is mandatory \nStrong network and understanding of the Dutch car trading landscape is a plus\nFluent in Dutch and English. \nStrong data orientation: can forecast, analyze, and course-correct using real numbers, not opinions. \nComfortable working in a fast-paced, high-accountability culture. \nFully aligned with our principles of ownership, meritocracy, customer centricity, pragmatism, and constructive communication.
