This is a varied, hands-on role combining operational coordination, administration, and stock control responsibilities, working on a direct manufacturer contract as part of a small, friendly and close-knit team.\nThis role is ideal for someone who enjoys multitasking, working with initiative, and being involved in both office-based coordination and practical warehouse activities. You will play a key part in ensuring vehicles and loose items are processed efficiently through the refurbishment and logistics operation, while delivering excellent service to customers and internal stakeholders.\nRequirements\nKey Duties & Responsibilities\nOperations & Administration\nCoordinate day-to-day operational activities supporting a manufacturer refurbishment programme\nProcess vehicles through the refurbishment and storage workflow accurately and efficiently\nProduce customer, supplier and internal reports using Microsoft Office systems\nHandle customer requests promptly and professionally, maintaining a high level of service\nWork autonomously while collaborating closely with a small on-site team\nStock Control & Warehouse Duties\nManage the warehouse of loose item stock using handheld technology\nReceive, label, package and store loose items (this role involves regular manual handling and heavy lifting)\nPick and prepare loose items for repatriation into vehicles\nCarry out regular stock checks and inventory counts, ensuring systems are kept up to date\nMaintain organisation and accuracy within the loose items department\nSkills & Experience\nEssential\nStrong administration and organisational skills\nExcellent attention to detail\nProficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook\nAbility to work independently as well as part of a small team\nFlexible, reliable and hands-on approach\nFull UK driving licence and confidence driving vehicles\nWillingness to work outdoors occasionally\nDesirable\nExperience in stock control, inventory management or warehouse operations\nPrevious experience in the automotive, logistics or operations sector\nBenefits\nWhat we offer:\nFull training provided\nHealth Cash Plan\n25 days holiday + bank holidays\nLife Insurance (3x salary)\nCompany pension scheme\nEmployee discounts scheme\nDiscounted gym membership / wellbeing support\nCycle to Work scheme\nMonday to Friday working pattern\nFree on-site parking\nAre we the perfect match?
