In this role, you'll join a small, hands-on engineering team (2 people) where you’ll take strong ownership of our infrastructure and help drive its evolution.\nOur environment is mainly hosted (Combell) with a growing cloud footprint. Your mission is to stabilize, modernize, and prepare it for future cloud adoption through containerization.\nWhat are your key responsibilities?\nManage our Microsoft ecosystem (Windows Server, IIS, AD, Entra, SQL, O365)\nOperate our hosted infrastructure (Combell) + small Azure footprint\nDrive automation (Terraform, scripting)\nContribute to containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)\nEnsure performance, reliability, and security\nImprove CI/CD and monitoring\nCollaborate closely on architecture decisions\nRequirements\n5+ years in infra engineering\nStrong Microsoft environment expertise\nKnowledge of Terraform or automation tools\nExperience with hosted or hybrid setups is a plus\nInterest in containers & modernization\nOwnership mindset, able to work in a small, impactful team\nBenefits\nPay & Benefits\nWhat's in it for you?\n At OPENLANE Europe, pay is determined based on role impact, experience, skills and internal fairness.\nIn addition to the base salary, our package includes:\nCompany bonus\nComprehensive benefits package depending on the country of employment\n32 days holiday\nOnly roles that can be performed from an alternative work location are eligible for occasional remote work.
