customers to expand the customer portfolio and drive business growth for OPEN MIND, as well as strengthening existing customer relationships within the assigned sales territory.\n\nCustomer consultancy and sales of CAD/CAM products:Providing specialist advice to customers and prospective customers on our CAD/CAM products and working alongside the technical team to develop bespoke solutions and quotations to meet customers’ individual needs.\n\nConducting product presentations:Leading product presentations to illustrate the areas of application for our CAD/CAM products and creating detailed design components to demonstrate the capabilities of our solutions in a practical context.\n\nDelivering training courses and customer-specific workshops:Planning, organising and delivering training courses and customer-specific workshops to train customers in the effective use of our CAD/CAM products and to enhance their skills.\n\nRepresenting OPEN MIND at trade fairs and events:Establishing new contacts, maintaining existing relationships and increasing the visibility and success of our company through an active presence at trade fairs and events.\n\nYour profile\nQualifications:A completed apprenticeship as a toolmaker, mechanical engineering technician, machining technician or a commercial apprenticeship, ideally in a technical environment.\n\nProfessional experience:In-depth knowledge of CAD/CAM, as well as experience in technical sales or customer management, preferably in the field of software solutions or technical products.\n\nLiaison between technology and the customer:Building and maintaining trusting customer relationships through strong communication skills, the ability to explain complex technical content clearly, and an independent, creative and team-oriented approach to work.\n\nOn-site with customers:A high level of willingness to undertake regular business travel for customer visits and sales
