Lead / Principal Product Manager\nOwn product strategy for Financial Services on ONDC.\nNew Delhi | 10-15 years | Full-time | In Office\nAbout ONDC\nAt ONDC, Product Leads shape the future of India's open digital commerce ecosystem.\nThis is a high-impact leadership role responsible for defining product vision, driving strategy, and delivering platform capabilities that enable an entire ecosystem - not just a single product.\nThat is where you come in.\nThe Role\nAs a Product Lead, you will own one or more strategic domains across the ONDC Network, including Financial Services.\nYou will work at the intersection of technology, ecosystem development, policy and business, partnering with Engineering, Architecture, Network Participants and senior leadership to build interoperable products that scale nationally.\nThis role is ideal for experienced product leaders who thrive in ambiguous environments and enjoy solving ecosystem-level problems.\nWhat You'll Own\nOwn the long-term product vision, strategy and roadmap for your assigned domain, translating ONDC's mission into scalable product initiatives.\n\nIdentify emerging technology, market and regulatory trends to inform strategic product investments, balancing long-term evolution with near-term execution.\n\nLead the product lifecycle from opportunity identification through launch and continuous optimisation, owning the roadmap for open APIs, network specifications and platform capabilities.\n\nPartner closely with Engineering and Architecture teams to design secure, scalable and interoperable products, driven by customer insights, ecosystem feedback and data.\n\nBuild trusted relationships with buyers, sellers, logistics providers, financial institutions, technology partners and other Network Participants.\n\nChampion interoperability, openness and network-first thinking across the ecosystem, collaborating with industry associations and regulatory stakeholders.\n\nPartner with Engineering, Technology, Policy, Operations, Business and Leadership teams to align product priorities, presenting roadmap and impact to executive leadership.\n\nMentor and coach Product Managers, establishing scalable product management processes and a culture of customer obsession and experimentation.\n\nWhat Success Looks Like\nYou become the owner of product strategy for your domain - someone who can turn ecosystem-level ambiguity into a clear roadmap, and whose products measurably accelerate network adoption and growth.\nWhat We're Looking For\n10-15 years of Product Management experience with significant ownership of complex technology products.\n\nProven experience building and scaling marketplace, platform, API-first, or network-based products.\n\nExperience leading strategic initiatives across multiple cross-functional teams.\n\nDemonstrated success influencing senior executives and driving organisation-wide outcomes.\n\nExperience mentoring Product Managers or leading product teams.\n\nA strong plus\nExperience across Financial Services/FinTech | InsurTech or Marketplace Platforms | Digital Public Infrastructure.\nThis Role Is For You If...\nYou want to own a domain end-to-end, not run a single product backlog.\nYou enjoy solving ecosystem-scale problems with systems thinking, not just feature-level ones.\nYou can influence senior executives and Network Participants with equal fluency.\nAnd you want your product work to create large-scale economic and societal impact.\nWhy ONDC?\nThis is an opportunity to help build one of India's most transformative Digital Public Infrastructure initiatives.\nYou won't just ship features.\nYou will help shape the future of digital commerce in India.\nRead more about ONDC (click to read)\nVisit our website at
