We're excited to have you join us for your next career adventure!\nRole & Team\nWe're looking to hire a Full-Stack Software Developer with excellent technical skills and communication abilities to join our CRM squad.\nYou will join a team of 3 other Full-Stack Developers (including a Team Lead), one Product Manager, one Quality Assurance Specialist and one Product Designer, dedicated to building core modules of gaiia: Customer, Property and Ticketing Management.\nWhat is your team working on?\nTechnically speaking, you will work in a serverless ecosystem of microservices deployed on a cloud infrastructure. Gaiia is all-in on Typescript, with frontend, backend and infrastructure-as-code all leveraging Typescript.\nAs part of the CRM squad, you will have the chance to:\nBuild, in collaboration with talented designers, delightful interfaces that empower our users every day;\nBe responsible for architecting, developing and owning critical gaiia systems;\nCollaborate with other legendary full-stack developers;\nJoin a pivotal and central team involved in surprisingly all aspects of the gaiia product\nHere are real examples of projects you would have worked on in the last few months:\nBusiness operations - built to support our customers’ largest clients by unifying business account management and service delivery projects;\nContract management and automation - a self-serve contract manager that lets ISPs generate, send, sign, and renew contracts at scale - fully automated via Workflows and our API;\nNotifications - a template-driven messaging engine that lets ISPs design custom notifications.\nQualifications\nAt least ten (10) years of experience in Software Engineering\nAt least five (5) years of experience in Typescript.\nExperience with the React library.\nExperience in DevOps and Cloud providers.\nExperience with Node.js.\nNice-to-haves\nYou have experience with GraphQL.\nYou have an interest or expertise in functional programming.\nYou have knowledge of telecom concepts.\nYou have experience working on a System of Record.\nYou have several personal projects exhibiting good coding skills.\nYou have a strong capacity to adapt and a commitment to continuous learning.\nSalary\nAt gaiia, we have a transparent salary philosophy and a robust evaluation and compensation framework.
