This role requires a deep understanding of telecom network infrastructure and the ability to translate technical network architecture into actionable solution designs. You’ll act as trusted technical voice during implementation phases, working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Customer Solutions, and Engineering.\n💻 What You’re Going to DoNetwork Discovery and Architecture:\n\nConduct deep discovery sessions to understand customers’ existing network environments, including CPE, access, transport, core, and OSS/BSS layers.\n\nDocument network topologies, business process flows, and integration points with clarity, highlighting constraints, dependencies, and design assumptions.\n\nHelp customers and internal stakeholders understand trade-offs and priorities when designing around a mix of new and legacy infrastructure and business operations.\n\nTechnical Solutionning:\n\nCollaborate with Sales Engineers and Account Executives to support technical discovery and qualification of prospects.\n\nTranslate customer network requirements into tailored solutions that showcase the value and feasibility of gaiia’s platform.\n\nBuild and implement workflows leveraging gaiia’s workflow builder.\n\nImplementation Leadership:\n\nProvide architecture oversight and clarification during onboarding and implementation phases.\n\nBuild an efficient and repeatable process for network scoping, deep dive, solution alignment, and implementation.\n\nAct as a subject matter expert for internal teams needing context on customer network design and implementation considerations.\n\nPartner with Product and Engineering to influence roadmap direction based on real-world customer network needs.\n\nDrive requirements to a team of highly-skilled software engineers to develop network provisioning automations based on your designs.\n\n🎖️ Must-haves\nBachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Network Engineering), or equivalent practical experience, along with industry certifications\n\nDeep knowledge of the telecom industry and network engineering.\n\nAbility to understand and code workflows in TypeScript/JavaScript.\n\n5+ years experience as a Network Engineer, Solution Architect, Sales Engineer or similar role within the broader B2B SaaS industry.\n\nExcellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.\n\nAbility to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.\n\nSelf-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a passion for technology and innovation.\n\nYou have the ability to travel frequently in the US, to actively support our customers during key engagements and go-lives.\n\n💰 SalaryAt gaiia, we have a transparent salary philosophy and a robust evaluation and compensation framework.
