At the end of the day, it’s not how much you send, it’s how you make people feel that matters.\nOur customers include OpenAI, HubSpot, Revolut and Fin.\nCome and grow with us.\nAbout the team\nYou’ll report to the VP of Growth and Marketing.\nYou’ll work closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success and Design to turn what we ship into reasons for customers to use more of the platform.\nAbout the role\nAs our Product Marketing Lead, you’ll own the story of &Open’s platform - translating product capabilities into the content and assets that drive adoption across the teams who use it every day: People & HR, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing and Events.\nThis is a senior, hands-on role. You’ll set the product marketing strategy and produce the work yourself, acting as the connective tissue between Product, Sales and Customer Success so every feature launch and customer touchpoint gives users a clear reason to go deeper with &Open.\nWhat you'll do?\nOwn product marketing strategy for the &Open platform, with a focus on driving feature adoption and expansion among existing customers.\n\nPlan and produce adoption-focused content and assets - in-app messaging, onboarding flows, product one-pagers, email nurture sequences, video walkthroughs, help centre content and release notes - that help customers discover and use more of the platform.\n\nPartner closely with Product on the roadmap, translating new features into clear positioning, messaging and go-to-market plans.\n\nBuild and manage launch plans for new features and platform updates, coordinating with Sales, Customer Success and Marketing to land them with existing customers.\n\nDevelop sales and CS enablement materials - battlecards, demo scripts, case studies - that help teams sell and expand usage of the platform.\n\nUse product usage data and customer feedback to identify adoption gaps and prioritise content and asset production accordingly.\n\nPartner with Design and Content to make sure everything you produce reflects &Open’s brand and tone.\n\nTrack and report on adoption metrics tied to your campaigns and content, iterating based on what drives engagement.\n\nWhat you'll need\n5+ years of experience in product marketing, ideally at a B2B SaaS company, with a track record of driving product adoption through content and campaigns.\n\nProven experience producing marketing assets end-to-end - writing, briefing designers and shipping content independently.\n\nStrong writing skills and the ability to translate technical product features into customer-facing value.\n\nExperience partnering with Product, Sales and Customer Success teams to plan and execute launches.\n\nComfortable using product usage and analytics data to inform content strategy.\n\nYou’re based in Ireland and able to work hybrid from our Dublin office.\n\nA self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced start-up environment and enjoys owning projects end-to-end.\n\nOur interview process is designed to be fast.
