You'll own scheduling, candidate communication, and the day-to-day logistics that make every interview feel organized and personal, so candidates experience the same care our gift recipients do.\nYou'll partner closely with hiring managers and our People team across time zones, and help us build scalable recruiting processes as the company grows.\nYou'll also be an ambassador for &Open. For many new hires you'll be the first person they meet here, and the experience you give candidates shapes how they see us before they join. Getting that right is one of the most important parts of this role.\nWhat you'll do?\nSchedule phone screens, interview loops, and debriefs across Irish, US and European time zones and calendars\nConduct initial candidate screens for Hiring Managers, so that they have a qualified pipeline of candidates to work from\nSchedule and run internal new role Intake meetings to ensure the hiring managers and other team members are aligned on the role, what types of candidate they are seeking\nBe the main point of contact for candidates, keeping them informed and supported from first call to offer\nMaintain accurate, up-to-date candidate records and pipeline data in our applicant tracking system\nPrepare interview kits, scorecards, and briefing notes for hiring teams\nHelp draft and post job descriptions and manage job board listings\nCoordinate offer letters, background checks, and handoffs to onboarding\nTrack recruiting metrics such as time-to-hire and pipeline conversion, and flag bottlenecks\nSupport employer brand efforts, including careers page content, events, and candidate experience feedback\nSpot gaps in our process and help build templates and workflows that scale\nWhat you'll need\n1-3 years in recruiting coordination, HR, or a similar high-volume operations role\nExceptional organization and attention to detail;
