Using disciplined agility and a no-modifications approach, we rapidly implement and upgrade Blue Yonder WMS, WLM, WFM, and TMS to help clients achieve faster ROI and stable, workable solutions. Typical engagements include software implementations, upgrades, replenishment and slotting optimization, material handling and ERP integration, and parcel systems.\n\nOur mission is to deliver flexible, technology-enabled solutions that help customers achieve more with less.\n\nThe Analyst is a subject matter expert and individual contributor who resolves incidents, monitors software and infrastructure, and provides timely client updates and resolutions.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nWork with clients to identify issues, guide the team to the root cause, and implement solutions that prevent recurrence.\n\nWork independently with customers, users, and internal and external functional and technical resources to define concepts and solutions.\n\nDetermine the root cause of issues, document resolutions for future review, and provide training materials.\n\nProvide clear and concise documentation.\n\nParticipate in on-call rotations, including nights and weekends.\n\nMonitor the incident queue and resolve incidents.\n\nAct as an escalation point (on-call) for nights and weekends.\n\nContinue to learn new skills and stay current with the technology used in the industry.\n\nExperience\n\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, MIS, or 3+ years of equivalent experience.\n\n3+ years of experience with JDA/Blue Yonder WMS/WLM configuration and customer-specific development.\n\n3+ years of experience with JDA/Blue Yonder development tools, including MOCA tracing and components, Microsoft SQL Server, Integrator, and Reporting.\n\nSolid knowledge of warehouse operations.\n\nStrong customer service skills are required.\n\nExperience with SQL and writing complex queries.\n\nExperience with Microsoft Windows operating systems.\n\nExperience with Java, JavaScript, and Python is a plus.\n\nExperience with Oracle Database is a plus.\n\nExperience with Körber WMS, in addition to Blue Yonder WMS, is a plus.\n\nAdditional Skills, Abilities, and Attributes\n\nStrong verbal and written communication skills with technical, business, and management staff.\n\nAbility to explain technical concepts to people with varying backgrounds.\n\nStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop cohesive working relationships with internal and external clients.\n\nProfessional and organized, with the ability to prioritize and manage workload independently.\n\nAdaptable, positive, and proactive.\n\nStrong customer service skills.\n\nWork Location & Travel\n\nMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship at any time.\n\nThis position is remote and will work within the U.S.\n\nThis position is for second shift, Eastern Time, typically 4:00 p.m.–1:00 a.m. or 5:00 p.m.–2:00 a.m.\n\nThis position may require travel of up to 10%.\n\nPhysical Requirements\n\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.\n\nThe employee is regularly required to talk and hear.\n\nThe employee frequently is required to stand, walk, perform fine motor tasks with hands, and reach with hands and arms.\n\nThis position requires the ability to occasionally lift, carry, or pull office products and supplies weighing up to 40 pounds.\n\nThis position requires the ability to travel by airplane and/or car.\n\nBenefits\n\nOpen Sky Group offers benefits including health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance; incentive compensation; a retirement savings plan with company match; and a flexible, fun work environment.\n\nAnnual salary range: $80,000.00–$110,000.00\n\nThe salary range information provided reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data.
