Each business unit is inter-related to provide a complete, end-to-end IT solution for our clients - from the internet connection all the way to the desktop on your desk.\n\nSystem Integrator + Office Fit-Out \n\nOutsource IT Support + Maintenance\n\nCyber Security + Backup \n\nWeb + Email Hosting Services.\n\nAs an IT Technician in Open Systems Matrix, you will build and scale on-premises hardware and network setups and also team work. \n\nResponsibilities\n\nOnsite Support & Maintenance\n\nProvide day-to-day technical support for desktops, laptops, printers and peripheral devices at client sites and in-house.\n\nDiagnose hardware faults and perform repairs or coordinate with vendors for warranty service.\n\nInstall and configure operating systems, device drivers and user applications to company standards.\n\nPerform preventive maintenance and routine health checks to reduce repeat incidents.\n\nNetwork & Infrastructure\n\nSet up network devices including switches, routers and access points, and verify connectivity and basic security settings.\n\nAssist with cabling, rack organisation and basic server tasks during deployments and upgrades.\n\nRequirements\nQualifications & Experience\n\nDiploma or certificate in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.\n\nApproximately 2 years of practical IT support experience in a hardware or infrastructure role.\n\nComfortable travelling to client sites and working in customer environments as required.\n\nValid driving licence + posses own motorbike is mandatory.\n\nGood discipline and working atittude.\n\nHard Skills & Knowledge\n\nStrong trobleshooting skills for hardware -
